Décor enthusiast, Sylvia is one of only 2,500 Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) worldwide and the creative force behind Wow Balloon breathtaking balloon artistry. The CBA designation is the highest level of accreditation and the only worldwide recognised qualification in balloon art. Sylvia works with a well rounded team of Balloon Decorators who share her dedication and passion. She has grown a business that has worked with lots of wonderful clients both in the private and corporate sector.

Wow Balloon officially debut in spring of 2009 in London. In 2016 we have moved business to Switzerland. Wow Balloon is specialising in Balloons Décor for all events including life celebrations, weddings and birthdays as well as corporate functions and production promotions. From baby showers to special birthdays, weddings and business promotions Wow Balloon will create beautiful and imaginative Décor to suit every celebration over your lifetime. Fun and fashionable, or elegant and exclusive, if you can celebrate it we can decorate it with spirit and style.

We have been using Top Balloon for several years, to get balloon decorations for my daughter's birthday parties. The service has always been impeccable, competent and friendly, the balloon decorations great and very reasonably priced, and the advice very helpful, but this year the very nice lady who runs the shop, Sylvia, truly surpassed herself. She build the most amazing balloon clown for my daughter's 10th birthday, well over 6 foot tall! we had a Circus Skills themed party, the circus people who came could not believe their eyes, they all ended up wanting a picture of themselves with this most attractive creation. Not happy with producing this incredible work of art, she also delivered it to us to the Hall where the party was held, exactly at the right time. The clown was produced in March, and only yesterday, over 4 moths later, we reluctantly destroyed it, to return its support to the shop. The individual balloons had shrunk, of course, but overall this most artistic production had remained attractive all this time, and represented a much admired feature of our living room. I cannot recommend this delightful shop warmly enough. We'll be back!

We used top balloon to provide us with a number of 3-Balloon Bouquets for my partner's 21st birthday dinner. Simply put the balloons were fantastic. All very uniform and elegant just as we had requested. The only thing better than the balloons themselves was the service provided by Sylvia & top balloon, throughout the entire process. She was very helpful, advising us on both arrangement and colour scheme to match the party. We even had guests taking balloons home as souvenirs, which put a smile on our faces. All of this was provided to us at a more than reasonable price, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and using them for future events. Thank you,

I contacted Top Balloon a week before our event and they were just brilliant. Slyvia was amazing. She advised on what we needed, sent photos and was so helpful. A really wonderful shop with the nicest, most helpful staff! My niece lives near the shop and loves looking the window EVERY TIME we go past. She had a huge My Little Pony balloon for her birthday and she is still loving it 2 weeks later.

Top Balloon did an amazing arrangement for my daughter's first birthday party. 8ft high Minnie Mouse arrangement was the stand out feature at the party and everyone complemented on how lovely it was. The party was over a week ago and the balloons are still full and show no sign of deflating yet. My daughter squeals with excitement when she sees it. Delivery was quick and friendly and the customer service by Sylvia makes it so personal. She seems to be able to design anything in your imagination.

I was at Top Balloon during the Halloween time and this place does so good paints that it looks real and specially the wax I bought was of high quality and really did the think I wanted it to. Would recommend this place to others if they want to buy Party stuffs , customised balloons or Halloween costumes etc. Really friendly staff and the owner was very sweet as well. good customer service. The owner was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a brilliant stock. She was showing me the balloon championship competitions she's entering next year. She even ordered me a reasonably priced taxi to take my balloons home.

Staff is sweet, courteous and knowledgeable. Also, it took less than 2 hours between my first call and getting my balloons delivered.

I got some bunches of latex ones who looked amazing (although they only lasted one day only) and some amazing metallic one to spell the birthday guy's name. They're HUGE and still perky and full after 3 days.

Fantastic service. Delivery charge is a bit steep but they use Addison Lee - so if you can be more organised than I was, you could arrange a different courier for less if you need delivery.

The customer service was excellent - as others have said, friendly and not pushy. The balloons are actually really impressive - all 3 of the foil balloons which I bought are still going 16 days later, and only look a little the worse for wear! I didn't believe Sylvia when she told me that they would last 2 weeks, but I was definitely wrong.

Top Balloon were a pleasure to deal with when we ordered balloons for supporters at the Hackney Half Marathon. They opened early so we could pick up on race day and the quality of the balloons was great - with the special gel inside, the latex balloons stayed up all day in the heat.

I am working on a BBC show called Silent Witness. We rang Sylvia up at short notice needing balloons ready for 6:30am on Monday morning. She worked on Sunday and allowed a colleague to collect on late Sunday afternoon. They looked incredibly and the director was very happy with them. Great products and reasonable prices. Top Balloon is one of the best party supply shop in London. Having no idea where to start for my mum's 60th birthday the amazing staff at Top Balloon took charge and helped me with EVERYTHING. As he was in hospital, I couldn't place the order till very late when it was agreed he could come out for his birthday, but you rose to the challenge and delivered 60 helium balloons to an Archway venue within 1.5 hours. Totally Balloon-tastic that is what Top Balloon are! Sylwia is the Willy Wonka of balloon art. I used her services recently to supply balloons for a 5 year olds birthday party. The theme was under the sea and Top Balloon did themselves proud with mermaids riding waves and dolphins and sea turtles and fish and a name arch, the whole shebang! We loved it and the kids totally did. Top Balloon are really helpful, full of ideas and suggestions and they were brilliant setting up on the day. Very punctual, professional and with great attention to detail. I would totally recommend Sylwia and her Top Balloon team to everyone. I'm an advertising Art Director and I may well use Top Balloon in my professional life for TV and press shoots in the future, they were that fantastic. Great job and thank you Top Balloon.

The balloons for my son's christening were amazing....it wasn't what I originally wanted but as I came in at such short notice (the day before) Sylvia was still able to whip up something very classy and elegant. WOW! I have been to this shop so many times and they never fail to amaze me! Anything you can imagine, they can make. Their creativity is outstanding and their talent is out of this world.
