We offer a Click+Collect service from our studio.
The option to collect your balloons will appear at the checkout should your postcode be in out catchment area.
if you’d like to collect your balloons but the option doesn’t appear at the checkout, please call or email us and we’ll be happy to help.

⭐Consider the size of your car and the Balloons you’re collecting
Please consider the size of your order and size of your vehicle before selecting our collection option. TopBalloon are not liable or responsible for the transport of collection items. If a collection is requested and the balloons are not picked up on the desired date, we are unable to provide a refund. If the balloons have begun to deflate, you will be charged for the reinflation. This is due to the balloons being perishable and personalised and therefore unusable for another customer.
